The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to everywhere. the staff at the hotel were very helpful during check-out. - There were many food options available within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The location was best possible, very close to Piazza Santo Spirito. The room was a nice size and extremely pleasant with a great view, intricate plaster work ceiling and the bathroom, and all other comforts.

The location is incredible, near a really popular resturant right opposite, and the Basilica di Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno quarter - couldn't be better. Gorgeous and incredible breakfast except for the coffee, thanks a lot.

The sunset views were absolutely stunning. the room was a good size and had air conditioning to keep you cool. It also had a big comfy bed and neat extras like a bidet, a shower cap, and large bath towels in the bathroom 🌇.

Hotel Palazzo Guadagni is a unique and charming little place with helpful staff. the location is fantastic and stunning in Florence, near great restaurants like Marina. It is also easy to get to a medieval stone bridge.

The atmosphere is one of old world charm. My youge adult daughter and I stayed in three hotels over two weeks as we toured Italy - we both feel in love with this hotel. It is old, charming and the view breathtaking. Well within walking distance to main attractions and just across the street from Santo Spirito Church, what a lovely suprise! The staff is welcoming, multilingual and always willing to assist. We stayed the first week in July and found it to be quaint and a great place to start and end our days. Wine on the veranda highly recommended! Near by cafes and small shops available to you. Small outdoor market most days in the piazza, if you're available and not out and about in Firenze. Room was large and very clean and well kept.

We loved that it was in the Santa Spirito square! It got very lively at night and it was great to be right in the middle of it. Also, it was still walking distance and very close to all the main sights, restaurants and shops.
